Stroke and Turn

This program improves stroke technique, introduces competitive swimming skills and encourages swimmers to progress in a friendly, non-competitive environment.

April 

• DATES: 4/10/2025 – 6/14/2025, Thursday and Saturday
• TIME and Location:
• 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Thursday , Denuzio
• 10:30 PM – 12:00 PM on Saturday, NAC
• COST: $618

  There are two sessions Stroke and Turn this spring. You can register separately.

Eligibility:

             Ages 5 and over (Child must be able to swim at least 25 yards without stopping in both freestyle and backstroke.)

• Registration:

            Complete the Registration, Medical, and Parent Responsibility Form, sign it and return with full payment.
