Your meet fees are as calculated in TM or TU; please bring payment with you to the meet.
This is a prelims/finals meet and it is likely that it is the first prelims/finals meet for several of the swimmers.
Please review the procedures for scratching from finals and declaring an intent so that we can process intentions efficiently.
If you know that your swimmers will not be returning for finals, please also let us know so that we can mark them as such before seeding prelims.
We are requesting that you submit your scratch sheets as early/soon as possible, so we can have heat sheets available for you in a timely manner.
Please review your entries carefully, as we will not be making any additions or changes at the meet.
