We are excited to host our 16th annual LC XCEL Meet of XCellence!
Below is a summary of the volunteers’ check-in times. Please check your volunteer job assignment for the meet. An automatic reminder from the Signup Genius will also be sent to the email address you indicated in the signup.

The hospitality team should also check in with Edith Juarez for their assignments/check-in time (cc’d above).
Important: The delay in opening the pool for warmup and the start of the session results in fines imposed on the XCEL team by the meet management company and DeNunzio pool management (rental fees for overtime). Therefore, if you do not check in for your job assignment on time (within 15 minutes), we will deduct $100 from your escrow balance. Failure to report to your assignment within 30 minutes of the check-in time will result in a $200 penalty, as we cannot find substitutes for your job during the meet.
Please also review the instructions in the separate email regarding your job requirements (timer, safety marshal, awards, etc.) before coming to the pool.
Please also remember that you must time your own children if they are entered into the long-distance events like 400, 800, and 1,500 freestyle. These events run in separate sessions on Saturday and Sunday (mid-sessions).
